Demo mode

AFRIKARS is currently in demand-validation mode. The marketplace, escrow, and shipping flows you can explore on this site are demonstrations. No real funds move, no actual purchases are completed, and no vehicles are physically delivered as a result of activity on the site. We will notify you when transactions become live.

Free-shipping eligibility

The "first 100 buyers get $1,500 in free shipping" offer applies to the first 100 real, completed transactions once the platform goes live, in order. Sign-up order does not determine eligibility — your eligibility is recorded based on completed verification + buyer profile, but is only honored on your first real purchase. We reserve the right to modify or end this offer if circumstances change before launch, with reasonable notice to anyone affected.

Account use

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You will not use AFRIKARS for any unlawful purpose.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• We may suspend accounts that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms.

Dealer applications

Dealer applications are reviewed manually. Approval is at our discretion. Founding dealer benefits apply to dealers approved before public launch.

Liability

Because the platform is in demo mode, we provide no warranties of fitness, availability, or accuracy. Information displayed (vehicle listings, cost calculations, dealer details) is illustrative and may not reflect any real-world inventory.

Changes

We may update these terms as we approach launch. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
